This is a tutorial using the a very pocket friendly pallet by Coastal Scents called "Creative Me"
I fell in love with this pallet upon delivery.
It has lots of fun and pretty colors you can play with and come up with wonderful well pigmented looks.
I've been using this pallet almost every day since I got it.
